In the midst of the corn, potatoes and wheat which are cultivated on the vast and sprawling farmlands of Boise, Idaho, Torrie Wilson, one of wrestling's most athletic athletes, made an appearance. Wilson began her profession as a fitness model however, in the latter part of the 90s she made a foray into sport entertainment following a trip to WCW. The wrestler was her former boyfriend. At the end of the day, she accompanied Scott Steiner in the ring and continued to work for the remainder of the decade. Wilson was a wrestler in WCW occasionally, but she was also an administrator for wrestlers like David Flair. Billy Kidman. Shanth Douglas. Wilson was hired by WWE in 2001 when it purchased WCW. A combination of her athleticism and love of entertainment meant that Wilson was a great fit to WWE during a time the industry was experiencing its highest level of activity. Wilson became a major figure after WCW invaded WWE by enlisting the help of her (sometimes rival) Stacy Keibler. Wilson joined WCW's WWE women's division shortly after the invasion by WCW. The rivalries she faced included Keibler Sable Melina. And even Dawn Marie was not able to stop her from fighting to defend the honour that her clan.
