Kari Samantha Wuhrer (born on April 28th in 1967) was an American actress and singer. Wuhrer's career began as she was still a teenager. Her most famous performances include Maggie Beckett, an actress in the film Sliders and also the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter of Karin Noble (nee Noble), who works as Payroll accountant as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer (a car dealer and police officer). The couple has three brothers.
